STANFORD (4-0 MPSF, 17-1 Overall) Mackenzie Fischer, Jamie Neushul, Jordan Raney, Katie Dudley, and Dani Jackovich each scored twice as the Cardinal snapped USC's NCAA record 52-game win streak this past Saturday (Apr. 8) in Los Angeles, 12-8. Gabby Stone collected 11 saves in the cage, while she and the Card turned away six of nine power plays. Stanford built its lead to six midway through the fourth quarter before the four-goal difference at the end. Saturday (Apr. 15) features a battle of MPSF unbeatens, as UCLA visits Stanford at 3 pm. Stanford will be seeded between one and three in the MPSF Tournament.

UCLA (4-0 MPSF, 18-1 Overall) Alexa Tielmann put away four goals and Maddie Musselman added three in a 13-5 MPSF win at Arizona State (Apr. 8). Rachel Fattal totaled four steals to become UCLA's all-time career leader in the category. Carlee Kapana tallied eight saves on the day. Two games remain on the Bruin regular season schedule, visiting Stanford Saturday (Apr. 15) before hosting USC (Apr. 22). UCLA will be seeded between one and three in the MPSF Tournament.

CALIFORNIA (2-3 MPSF, 14-6 Overall) Anna Illes had three goals, one field block, an earned exclusion and an earned penalty shot during the 12-6 conference road win over San Jose State (Apr. 8). She scored two goals early to help the Bears build a 5-1 lead at the end of the first quarter. Emma Wright added two goals, three assists, and earned an exclusion. Cal closes its regular season at home Saturday (Apr. 15) against USC in an MPSF game. Cal will be no worse than the five seed in the MPSF Tournament.

USC (3-1 MPSF, 25-1 Overall) fell for the first time since the 2015 season, a stretch of an NCAA record 52-straight games. Brigitta Games managed a game-high three goals against Stanford. USC has two games remaining in the regular season, at California (Apr. 15) and at UCLA (Apr. 22).

ARIZONA STATE (2-3 MPSF, 18-6 Overall) hosts San Jose State Saturday (Apr. 15) to finish the regular season. A win over the Spartans locks in the four seed for the Sun Devils in the MPSF Tournament. Claudia Abad scored twice and Mia Rycraw collected her third-straight double-digit save effort with 11 in the home game against UCLA (Apr. 8).

SAN JOSE STATE (0-3 MPSF, 9-15 Overall) has three conference games left on its schedule, visiting Arizona State Saturday (Apr. 15), hosting CSU Bakersfield (Apr. 21), and closing at Stanford (Apr. 22). Michelle Taikeff was the multiple-goal scorer against California (Apr. 8).

CSU BAKERSFIELD (0-5 MPSF, 12-13 Overall) Kristen Jensen and Ashley Paz were the Roadrunner scorers last in action at Stanford (Mar. 25). CSUB visits San Diego State on Apr. 11, followed by its MPSF finale at San Jose State (Apr. 21).
