Fresno State sophomore attacker Tiffiny Wallace (Sandy, UT) had a career-high and 2018 MPSF-high six goals and dished two assists for a conference season-high eight points, leading the Bulldogs in a 19-7 win over St. Bonaventure (Feb. 27). San Diego State junior midfield Jill Haight (Milton, GA) tied for a team-high three goals to go with three draw controls, two ground balls, two caused turnovers, and one assist as she and the Aztecs held St. Bonaventure to three goals in a 19-3 win (Mar. 2). MACKENZIE WALLEVAND OF FSU MPSF ROOKIE OF THE WEEK

Fresno State freshman midfield Mackenzie Wallevand (Santa Margarita, CA) did a little of everything in the Bulldogs’ 19-7 win over St. Bonaventure (Feb. 27). She had two goals, one assist, three points, four draw controls, two ground balls, and one caused turnover. This is Wallevand’s second career MPSF honor, earning her first rookie award in week one. AZTECS, BULLDOGS BREEZE BY BONNIES

SAN DIEGO STATE (0-0 MPSF/4-2 Overall) routed St. Bonaventure last Friday (Mar. 2), 19-3, the largest margin of victory for the Aztecs since 2014. SDSU received goals from 12 different players, led by hat tricks from Jill Haight and Natalie Peel. SDSU held a dominant 22-2 advantage in draw controls, with Peel and Bailey Brown finishing with four apiece...Monday (Mar. 5), San Diego State easily got past Presbyterian, 22-2. Grace McGinty had a game-high four goals. Haight, Kirstie Greenlaw, and Lexi Tan added hat tricks. Haight also had four ground balls. The Aztecs continue their four-game homestand this week against Niagara Tuesday (Mar. 6) and Boston College Saturday (Mar. 10).

FRESNO STATE (0-0 MPSF/3-2 Overall) opened up a 5-0 lead in the first 10 minutes en route to an easy 19-7 home win over St. Bonaventure last Tuesday (Feb. 27) in its lone game for the week. Tiffiny Wallace recorded career and MPSF season-highs of six goals and eight points, and picked up five ground balls. Sarah Bloise posted a hat trick and dished a career-high and MPSF season-high tying four assists. Olivia Mannon won six draw controls. The Bulldogs now travel east for three-straight, taking on Sacred Heart (Mar. 10), Mount. St. Mary’s (Mar. 12), and Delaware State (Mar. 14).

UC DAVIS (0-0 MPSF/1-3 Overall) dropped a 21-14 home decision to Harvard last in action (Feb. 25), as Taylor Cuenin had an all-around game for the Aggies-scoring four goals on four shots, picking up two ground balls, causing three turnovers, and winning five draw controls. UCD hosts Robert Morris Thursday (Mar. 8). Cuenin is the MPSF’s leading scorer with 12 goals, while Fellner leads with nine assists. Ally Deremer has picked up a conference-high 13 ground balls.
